3. They will go away and design a bespoke, personal financial plan based on the information that you have provided.
4. If you have any questions, they will naturally be available to answer them or give you more
   details. Hopefully, you will be happy to proceed, if so, they will arrange a time when the
   applications can either be completed online or in person.
